How does it work ?

- Video Meeting : We start with an online session to present our approach, understand your specific needs, and answer all your questions.
- Exploratory Interview : A dedicated session is held between your company’s HSE manager or HR director, our ergonomist, and our psychologist. This collaborative exchange helps to precisely identify and prioritize the key areas of prevention.
- Access to the Personalized Space : Each employee is provided with secure access to their dedicated space on our platform. There, they can find tailored questionnaires and instructions on how to record themselves in their actual work environment, enabling a precise assessment of MSD risks.
- Analysis and Recommendations for MSDs : The ergonomist reviews the videos and questionnaire responses, then provides personalized advice in video format, delivered in the employee’s native language, to improve working conditions and prevent MSDs.
- Screening and Prevention of PSRs : For psychosocial risks, the employee is invited to complete a detailed questionnaire and, if they wish, to submit a video—either anonymous or identified by their first name—in which they can freely express their feelings or describe situations they have experienced. A psychologist analyzes this information and provides the employee with a personalized response, which may include practical advice or guidance toward appropriate support resources.
- Feedback and Action Plans : Following the assessments, both the ergonomist and the psychologist develop personalized prevention action plans. These plans are presented during an oral feedback session to the HSE manager or HR director, including concrete recommendations to improve employee well-being and reduce the risks of MSDs and PSRs.
