What is the contractual model?
ScanUp is offered in the form of credit packs or licenses. A quote is established beforehand, accompanied by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to cover GDPR aspects.
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 12 months from their activation date. Unused credits at the end of this period are forfeited.
Can we test the solution before deployment?
Yes. A free trial is offered to test the platform on a restricted scope.
Is ScanUp suitable for large groups?
Yes. The solution is designed to integrate into multi-site environments with centralized management and compliance needs.
Where is the data hosted?
The data is hosted in France on an HDS-certified infrastructure (Health Data Hosting).
Is the data anonymous?

Who has access to the data?
