How 360SkillVue was born
by Dr. Laure Dellamonica
It was 2020, and we had to act fast to certify pharmacists to perform nasopharyngeal tests. Traveling was impossible, in-person training was out of the question… and yet, we had to guarantee the safety and quality of the procedure.
So I gathered a dozen nurse evaluators, and we urgently designed a 100% digital platform, allowing each pharmacist to train themselves and then send a video of their practice for remote validation.
In barely one month, we were able to certify more than 5,000 pharmacists.
It was a race against time… but above all, a revelation.
I thought to myself: why not apply this model to occupational health? Why not use video, expert analysis, and digital tools to spot the weak signals before it’s too late?
And so, 360SkillVue was born.
We started with assessing gestures and postures to detect risks of MSDs… Then we enriched the approach with a human focus on psychosocial risks, offering employees a space to anonymously share feedback that is sometimes difficult to express otherwise.
Today, 360SkillVue is a tool born from an emergency, transformed into a sustainable solution, allowing companies to act earlier, more accurately, and more humanely.
And I continue to carry this conviction: we can prevent effectively, as long as we truly listen.
